Vibramech Implements TransLution™ Software as WMS Across Multiple Business Processes
Vibramech is South Africa’s largest manufacturer of vibrating mineral processing equipment. TransLution™ Software was selected and implemented at Vibramech to cover a large portion of the business process.
The implementation begins at receiving where inbound stock is labelled and purchase orders are received with the data posted to SYSPRO to create a GRN.
Picking for both jobs and sales orders is supported. For job picking, the items are picked based on the requirements of the job and the picked items are issued to the job. If items are picked incorrectly, or if not all are used on a job, there is the option to return unused stock from the job back to stock. For Sales Order picking, items are picked based on the Sales Order in SYSPRO and a Dispatch note is created by TransLution™.
There is also a stock-take process in which counted quantities are posted directly to the stock take session in SYSPRO.
