Spring Meadow Dairy has implemented TransLution Software to not only do job receipts but also to allow users to create SYSPRO jobs more quickly and easily. The user simply selects the product to manufacture and the required quantity, and TransLution uses this information to create a job in SYSPRO.

In addition to Job Creation, Spring Meadow is using TransLution to do Job Receipts, as well as a Kit Issue of items used to manufacture the end product. The user simply scans the job number and enters the quantity manufactured and TransLution calculates all the required raw materials to issue to the job, and posts all these specific issues to SYSPRO as well as posting the job receipt.

Additionally this phase of the implementation included a simple sales order picking function that allowed users to scan items against a sales order to ensure that no items were picked incorrectly.

As with many of our TransLution customers, Spring Meadow Dairy is also using TransLution for their Stock Take processes.
