New PO Receiving Module Released

Afrisoft has released a new PO receiving module for TransLution that is fully integrated with Syspro using the PO business objects. This module supports a range of different receiving options including

Receiving standard items
Receiving standard items using a reference number
Receiving lot traceable items (with expiry date)
Receiving standard items linked to a job
Receiving standard items linked to a job also using a reference number

The software works such that once configured there is no need to interact with any TL forms and all error messages and Syspro communications are handled directly from the scanner.

There is however a PO Controller form that does allow the user to handle various exception scenarios if required. This form can also be used to view details of previously received purchase orders and download purchase orders prior to delivery if it is required for example to do label printing in advance.
